What if I don't have property photos?

Then you need to get them. We cannot buy a property without photos of the inside and outside of the property. You can easily text a tenant and ask them to snap some pictures using their phone. The rooms don't have to be clean or organized. Ideally you have a minimum of 5 interior photos, but 10 - 15 is even better. They don't need to be up-to-date photos. For the exterior, we need at least 3 pictures, but 5 - 10 is even better. Sometimes you can ask a neighbor to take photos with their phone. WE CANNOT BUY YOUR PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT PHOTOS OF THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

What if I don't know my parcel number?

You will need to find the parcel number, which is usually very easy. It takes a 5 minute phone call to the local county government office, and they give you the parcel number based on the address. Sometimes the parcel number can be found on mortgage statements. We need the parcel number to accurately match the address to tax and lean information during the inspection process.

What if I have multiple properties for sale?

Great, you can submit information for multiple properties, but you need to do them one-at-a-time. So fill out the entire form for 1 property, then click "SAVE", and you will then be given an option to fill out the form again from a different property.

Does this information need to be exact?

Some of the information needs to be exact; like the address, parcel number, and your name and email and phone number. But the dollar amounts on your values, repair estimates, and age of repair items does not need to be exact, just a good estimate.

How quickly will Bluestream buy the property?

The sooner we receive all of your property information, especially the photos and parcel number, the sooner we can get a contract out to you, which can take as little as 12 hours. Once you review and sign the contract (which can be done right from your computer or smart phone), Bluestream then begins our inspection process which could take between 5 - 30 days, with the usual time being about 10 days. After inspection is complete, we schedule a closing date immediately (within 2 - 5 days), and you get paid the full sale price at closing.
